Nancy Bagot is responsible for federal regulatory policy development, including coordination of national regulatory policy with legislative and state efforts to support the continued development of competitive wholesale electricity markets.
Sharon Royka Theodore
Vice President, Regulatory Affairs
As vice president of Regulatory Affairs, Sharon Theodore works to promote continued development of competitive wholesale electricity markets through policy advocacy efforts at both the federal and state levels, with primary focus on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and matters related to the Eastern ISO/RTO regions (PJM, New York ISO and ISO New England).
Assistant Vice President, Government Affairs
Jeff Turcotte joined EPSA in October 2022 as assistant vice president of government affairs, advocating for energy policies that support the efficiencies and innovations driven by competitive markets.
Director, Regulatory Affairs & Counsel
Bill Zuretti serves as director of Regulatory Affairs and Counsel, assisting in the association’s development of state and federal policy issues affecting the evolution of competitive wholesale power markets. Since joining EPSA, Bill has focused on state actions and their impact on wholesale competitive power markets.
Senior Director, Communications
Christina Nyquist manages EPSA’s communications efforts, including message development, media relations, digital strategy and content creation, external engagement, and event planning.
Frances Owen supports EPSA’s communication efforts, including message development, media relations, content creation, and social media marketing.
Felicia Smith Freeman
Felicia Smith-Freeman is EPSA’s Office Administrator. In her role she supports the organization’s success through coordinating office-wide activities and managing staff calendars, event planning and hosting, member and external communications and contact management, and accounting and tax reporting.
