Todd Snitchler is the president & CEO of the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA). EPSA represents companies that own competitive power generation assets and advocates for policies that focus on achieving and maintaining well-functioning and properly regulated competitive wholesale electricity markets.

Senior Vice President

Nancy Bagot is responsible for federal regulatory policy development, including coordination of national regulatory policy with legislative and state efforts to support the continued development of competitive wholesale electricity markets.

Sharon Royka Theodore

Vice President of Regulatory Affairs

As vice president of Regulatory Affairs, Sharon Theodore works to promote continued development of competitive wholesale electricity markets through policy advocacy efforts at both the federal and state levels, with primary focus on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and matters related to the Eastern ISO/RTO regions (PJM, New York ISO and ISO New England).

Jeff Turcotte

Assistant Vice President of Government Affairs

Jeff Turcotte joined EPSA in October 2022 as assistant vice president of government affairs, advocating for energy policies that support the efficiencies and innovations driven by competitive markets. He previously served as senior advisor, federal affairs for ISO New England, where he highlighted the reliability, economic, and environmental benefits of the region’s competitive wholesale markets on Capitol Hill and with various federal agencies.

Director of Regulatory Affairs & Counsel

Bill Zuretti serves as director of Regulatory Affairs and Counsel, assisting in the association’s development of state and federal policy issues affecting the evolution of competitive wholesale power markets. Since joining EPSA, Bill has focused on state actions and their impact on wholesale competitive power markets.
