Jeff Turcotte

Jeff Turcotte

Assistant Vice President of Government Affairs

Jeff Turcotte joined EPSA in October 2022 as assistant vice president of government affairs, advocating for energy policies that support the efficiencies and innovations driven by competitive markets. He previously served as senior advisor, federal affairs for ISO New England, where he highlighted the reliability, economic, and environmental benefits of the region’s competitive wholesale markets on Capitol Hill and with various federal agencies. This outreach included stressing ISO-NE’s support for pricing carbon in New England’s wholesale markets.

Prior to joining ISO New England, Jeff led the Washington, DC office of The New England Council, New England’s largest regional business alliance, and worked on both the U.S. Senate Budget Committee and in the personal office of U.S. Senator Judd Gregg (R-NH) from 1999-2007.
