EPSA Answer to Dynegy Motion in Docket Nos. EL15-70 et al

On Tuesday, EPSA filed the attached Answer in Docket Nos. EL15-70 et al at FERC. EPSA’s Answer supports Dynegy’s (Vistra’s) motion to amend the paper hearing procedures set out in the June 16 Remand Order and argues that the current procedures outlined would not provide sufficient time to review the extensive amount of documents that parties to the earlier portion of this proceeding and that the closed FERC investigation would need to support any necessary claims of confidentiality and privilege with respect to each document.
