COMMENTS OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSOCIATION ON THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
EPSA highlights the efforts of competitive power suppliers to develop clean energy resources without shifting the risk and burden of delays or cost overruns to captive customers. In response to the RFI, while EPSA member companies are not currently experiencing problems with the procurement of equipment or components, DOE’s efforts to ensure and strengthen the nation’s supply chains are commended as they help enable the development needed to provide reliable, affordable, and cleaner power.
