NERC’s Draft Recommendation to Industry—Supply Chain Risk III (R-2020-06-10-01)

June 15, 2020

In response to the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC)’s June 4 Draft Alert (R-2020-06-10-01) on Supply Chain Risk, EPSA submitted comments suggesting NERC limit the scope of the Alert to focus on transformers within Defense Critical Electric Infrastructure Pathways.

EPSA also suggests NERC adjust proposed timelines to focus on equipment purchased within the last 5 years and extend the the Draft Alert response timeline to allow industry sufficient opportunity to comment.
