Summary: EPSA filed comments in support of this filing and requested that the Commission approve the proposal as a just and reasonable approach to strengthen New England’s energy security. EPSA also encouraged ISO-NE to finish its work on Resource Capacity Accreditation and develop a proposal to implement 90- and 240-minute day-ahead reserve products, which will further enhance energy security and reliability in the region.
