EPSA Comments Supporting Limited Issue on PJM FTR Center Tariff Provisions (Docket EL20-49-000)

By EPSA

United States of American Before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

Shell Energy North America (US), L.P. } Docket Nos. EL20-49-000

Comments of the Electric Power Supply Association

EPSA has filed to support a limited issued raised by Shell N.A. regarding PJM’s Tariff regarding its FTR Center reporting platform. EPSA agrees that data entered into the PJM FTR Center should not be construed as creating new binding contracts or as superseding the terms and conditions of written bilateral contracts between the FTR Holders. FERC is urged to interpret the Tariff to provide market certainty for all PJM participants. EPSA takes no position on certain transactions at issue in the petition.
