On February 26, the Electric Power Supply Association sent a letter to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Energy & Commerce Committee’s Energy, Climate, and Grid Security Subcommittee as a follow-up to the panel’s February 14 hearing on electric grid reliability. EPSA continues to emphasize that reliability must be a top priority during the clean energy expansion, permitting reform remains critical to investing in all forms of energy infrastructure, and that competitive wholesale electricity markets provide vital ratepayer protections.
