COMMENTS OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY ASSOCIATION ON THE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
EPSA filed comments at the Department of Energy (DOE), on the Department’s Request for Information on Ensuring the Continued Security of the United States Critical Electric Infrastructure. These comments suggest that DOE work to develop standard contract language to be used by equipment suppliers, as well as a white list of approved suppliers to help further strengthen procurement practices.
