EPSA Files Protest at FERC Against Exelon’s FPA 206 Complaint

By EPSA

United States of America Before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

Constellation Mystic Power, LLC v. ISO New England, Inc. } Docket No. EL20-52-000

Protest of the Electric Power Supply Association

EPSA filed this protest at FERC in opposition to Exelon’s FPA 206 Complaint, which alleges that the ISO is in violation of its Tariff in how it conducted its selection of a transmission solution for its Boston RFP (Docket No. EL20-52). EPSA argues that Exelon is attempting to overrule the ISO’s judgment in order to keep Mystic Units 8 & 9 on a reliability must run agreement for longer than is necessary.
