EPSA moves to participate as an intervenor supporting FERC in the appeal before the DC Circuit of the Commission’s March 2018 order approving the Capacity Auctions with Sponsored Policy Resources (CASPR) design in ISO New England. That order remains pending on rehearing at FERC; a coalition of renewable organizations have petitioned the court to review the March 2018 order.
