By EPSA

Date filed:     April 11, 2024

Venue:           Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)

Docket No.: ER23-729

Summary:

On April 11, 2024, the Electric Power Supply Association (EPSA) joined the PJM Power Providers Group (P3) on comments filed at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in support of the March 29, 2024, PJM Petition requesting an expedited order in the PJM DPL-South Auction Rerun proceeding confirming the capacity commitment rules for the upcoming 2024/2025 Delivery Year. The joint comments urge the Commission to issue its order approving the PJM proposal by May 6 in light of the looming start of the delivery year on June 1. The joint comments emphasize the complexity and unique set of circumstances presented and the need to move forward to ensure clarity for the upcoming delivery year.
