EPSA joined a group of electricity trade groups (TAPS, LPPC and APPA) in comments that generally support NERC’s improvements to its Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program (CMEP), and highlight the importance of implementing them consistent with its existing Rules of Procedure, including its Standards Processes Manual in the ERO’s Five-Year Electric Reliability Organization Performance Assessment Report (RR24-4). The comments ask FERC to accept NERC’s filing and highlight the importance of implementing these improvements in a manner that is consistent with NERC’s existing Rules of Procedure, including its Standards Processes Manual.
