FERC Nominees Focus on Reliability and Cost-Effectiveness

EPSA was pleased to hear that nominees to serve as commissioners of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission committed to uphold FERC’s mission to ensure cost-effective and reliable energy at last Thursday’s confirmation hearing in the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee. If confirmed, the three nominees would bring FERC to a full ensemble, with a three Democrat – two Republican split among commissioners.
